Friendly welcome & great customer service. Comfortable room. Everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely restaurant & bar. The menu is comprehensive, something for every taste & prices comparable. Danna & her colleague on reception & Adam in the restaurant made this short stay one that has us saying we would definitely return. Thank you, guys n gal.

Weekend of 5th Jan 2024

Positives: * Check in the quickest I've ever experienced * Presentation of room 10 out of 10 Room itself 10 out of 10 * Restaurant Meals and staff 10 out of 10 * Locality 10 out of 10 Negatives: * Don't open lid of BBQ, not usable and if I was the manager I would hide my head in shame, its a rust bucket * If you want to get to BBQ and Pool, don't trust the times given in room info nor sign at pool as pool door locked 40mins prior to either times advised Conclusion: * Would definitely stay again once they upgrade the beds, look great in photos but my roof top tent mattress at 50mm is more comfortable, my back is aching and my partners shoulder is out of whack * Further may I add if you are going to state you are 4.5 star then you should be supplying better that 2 ply toilet paper - don't you think? ALL IN ALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU CAN HANDLE SLEEPING ON A PLANK OF WOOD Regards

We arrived at the hotel around noon to be told by a highly obnoxious, rude and unhelpful front-desk attendant that check-in wasn't until 2pm. He didn't bother to see if the room was ready, which was frustrating for us given we had a wedding to attend and tired kids in the car after a long drive. Ended up cancelling the room and having to stay with friends - no refund offered. Absolutely terrible experience - STAY ELSEWHERE

thanks for the review.that's not what happened at all, you came in and asked if the room was ready and given it was a Saturday morning, the housekeepers were still cleaning your room that you booked, which was a family room. I checked if your room was ready and it wasn't, and check in time is at 2pm, regardless of if you have a wedding or not. you can't just walk in and demand your room, then your husband came in and asked again and I said 2pm. you can't cancel a booking on the day, or you will be charged its hotel policy. so, I suggest next time ring and ask if its ready before storming in demanding it before check in time.

Was only given 1 key for 2 bedroom apartment found out from cleaner other key was in someone eles room! $200 hold was taken on card told it would be released 2 days after departure , called to find out what delay is fobbed off told id be called back still waiting 10 days later Pathetic!

Clean rooms but booked 2 bedroom unit for 4 adults, only 2 armchairs, requested extra 2 as in room on previous stay. Told elsewhere, however smaller rooms for 2 guests had 3 in each room and two missing from our room were in Housekeeping room right beside us. Did not appear damaged, if were still better than nothing. Told to sit on dining chairs, not comfortable with injuries/health issues for longer relaxation.

Nice place but unfortunately i had dogs that were barking pretty well all night Suggest if staying ask for ground floor at feont of property... maybe better? Over all a great place just need to address the barking dogs

This property allowed us plenty of ground level room with four kids. The unit had all necessary amenities for cooking, and a full size fridge. Our unit had dining inside, and a full size table on the private patio. Would stay her again.

Great place! One of the few places left that provides a full minibar. Amazing spacious family room with beds galore! Heaps of car park spaces and amazing menu! We ordered room service and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our meals. Location was very convenient, close to a small plaza with more than enough essentials to utilise. The swimming pool looked good but the waterfall and spa wasn’t working. People weren’t friendly, and too many smokers outside the balconies. A poor reflection of the people in Toowoomba. Overall def lives up to the reviews! Thank you team for the great experience.
