8/10 Very Good! (153 reviews)
The air conditioner has a problem,
Especially the remote can not fuction properly, always show no bettery.
Also, the remote is difficult to turn on
and suddenly will blow hot air. It hard to switch it back to cold air,
Check in also has issue, it doesn't the instructions clealry, I almost fail to check in the hotel
Other than that the room is nice and clean, laundry is free to use. I will give compliment to that

This was a brilliant start to my Japan trip! Loved the room and facilities. I need to say another big thank you to Carol-san for arranging the taxi for me.
