"We were only able to stay for one night but I had a few of my kids wondering if we could extend our stay. The property fits a large group nicely and it is in great shape. The views of the lake below are wonderful. The owner communicates promptly with you as well."

"Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again."

A few things to consider for improvement though; the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor which soaked up the towels every time we had a shower. Perfect hotel for a stay in Tomar
"Very confortable, beautiful and well appointed room. Towels for pool, nespresso machine, confortable matresses and bed linenss. Friendly welcome and lots of information on Tomar activities by Claudia. We had lunch at Biscaia (some of the best foos we had in Portugal) and dinner at Belpaço (disappointing). Highly recommended the hotel."
