"For those looking for a peaceful and private retreat near Toledo with easy access to Madrid, this is the place. The hosts are lovely people, very helpful and accommodating. The apartment had everything we needed including a comfortable bed, nice pillows, good aircon, a great shower, a cozy sitting area with couch and smart TV and a small fridge and hotpot for tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was perfect. There was also a well-maintained private pool and a large veranda....

"We visited this parador for 2 nights and the view of the town makes this hotel spacial, both in the day and at night. It's not walkable to town (well it is but a good 40 mins) so a taxi is an inexpensive way to go in. If you drive parking is easy and convenient, with elevators saving you a long walk uphill! So well organised. If you do drive in to town, park in 2 different places as you will get a different perspective of the town. We only had a snack at the hotel so cannot comment about the evening meal, but we had breakfast which was excellent and the staff were very good and helpful. Pool was an enjoyable aspect and very clean with sufficient sun beds. ( No Germans!- I say that tongue in cheek as our daughter in law is German)."
