周辺には何もないのでタクシー移動が全て。シャトルバスはあるけど、AM10時から16時までの１時間ごとの運航であまり役に立たない。

ルームサービス以外はとても良かったです

有料ですが、スパがとても良かったです。部屋も広くて快適でした。ルームサービスで一時間待たされたことが、残念でした。市内から遠いのだからもっと送迎のサービスの本数を増やして欲しいです。

CPの良い、満足度のとても高いホテル

場所は少々不便な所にありますが、毎時１本のシャトルバスをフル活用し、特に不便を感じることなくトレドの旧市街へ出かけることができました。６人乗りのシャトルバスなので、予約が必要ですが、前日または当日でも割と楽に予約することができました。また、外にあるホテルのプールが綺麗で、水がすごく冷たかったのですが夫と子どもはとても楽しんでいました。中にあるプールは有料で、１６歳以上しか入れません。その分様々なサウナやプールの種類があるようで、リラックスの為の大人のSPAといった趣です。有名なパラドールへは夕食後のお茶に出かけて、トレドの夕景、夜景を楽しみました。宿泊するのは、CP的にも施設の充実度を考えても、こちらのヒルトンをお勧めします。

確かに遠い

年末年始に2泊。スパや屋外プールなどがあり、リゾート型の設備を備えている。しかし、あの魅惑の旧市街を前にして、プールサイドで本を読む観光客はさほどいるまい。その旧市街に遠いのが最大の欠点。呼んでもらえばすぐ来るが、タクシーで旧市街まで10分、だいたい10ユーロ。他に交通手段はない。ホテルはリゾート型だけあって、清潔で広々。華美な感じはなくさっぱりした印象。大晦日は、地元の家族パーティーがたくさん開かれていた。

ヒルトン朝食は、何時もながらいい。全体的に、ほぼ良いが、朝のシャトルの時刻を、あと一時間早くできればベストだと思います。

En dehors de la ville mais très bon hôtel

Hôtel facile d’accès, mais il faudra reprendre la voiture ou prendre un taxi pour aller en ville Les chambres sont grandes, lits immenses, le mini bar était tellement bruyant que j’ai du le débrancher Personnel assez sympa et petit dej très bien

Love that I was able to stay at this property during my time in Toledo! The staff was professional and accommodating, room was clean and modern, and the hotel offer many amenities. I will definitely be back!

A tourists treat

A few min drive to the old town, this property provided a nice break from the large number of tourists. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great parking available below ground and the breakfast buffet was delicious with great variety.

Tolles Hotel nahe bei Toledo

Wunderschönes 5-Sterne-Hotel direkt gegenüber der Altstadt von Toledo. Sehr grosse Zimmer, aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal und dazu noch ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Hotelrestaurant war abends leider geschlossen. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz im Hotel. Ein eigener Wagen zum Besuch der Altstadt ist absolut empfelenswert (10-15 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Wagen / mindestens 40 Minuten mit dem Bus). Unter der Altstadt gibt es mehrere kostenpflichtige Parkhäuser zu vernünftigen Preisen oder aber ein grosser Gratisplatz am Fuss der Stadt.

Attractive property and room

Very attractive property and room. The hotel is not in walking distance of town. That being said, there’s a very nice walking trail nearby. The dining room service and menu was terrible for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was very good. The spa treatment was ok. Price was good but it was not a deep tissue massage. Also,you have to pay an additional 30€ to use the spa facilities even if you have a treatment. This hotel is a nice choice if you rent a car or cab into town and then relax by the pool (freezing) in the afternoons.

Muy buena y espaciosa la habitación, muy buen trato del personal. Lo que estuvo flojo fué el desayuno en Caja que me dieron( hasta las 8 no abría el buffet) , fueron 20 euros por un sandwich , 2 bolllos y una manzana.

Lamentablemente la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel de 5 estrellas con esta cadena de hoteles. Me habían confirmado por mensaje que todas las habitaciones disponían de bañera hidromasaje, na más hacer check-in cual es mi espanto cuando la habitación tiene bañera normal. He mencionado esta situación en recepción ha costado pero nos dirán una habitación supletoria donde la bañera de hidromasaje estaba estropeada. Hemos cogido un pack romántico y lo único que estaba preparado eran pétalos en la cama. Cambiando de habitación he tenido que notificar 2 veces el personal que el pack romántico todavía no habia llegado. Y cuando llegó solamente una botella de cava, faltando la botella de agua y el detalle dulce. He llamado a recepción para decir que faltaba el detalle dulce ni siquiera he reclamado la botella de agua gourmet puesto que nos podíamos apañar con las botellas que estaban en la habitación. La piscina apenas con una pobre chica sola haciendo el servicio de bar para toda la piscina. El desayuno variado pero poco cuidado y la vajilla sucia en general no daba muchas ganas de desayunar ahí. Personal amable pero poco experiente e insuficiente para un hotel de esta dimensión y categoría. No volvería, ni tampoco lo recomendaría a nadie. El objetivo era tener un finde de total desconexión y sin estrés y se volvió una pesadilla.

Hotel de cinco estrellas con excelentes instalaciones. Personal un poco desinformado de algunas cuestiones. Hay dos cargadores para vehículos eléctricos pero sí un egoísta deja ahí su coche 2 días y no lo mueve el hotel no se responsabiliza.

Alright but not great

Alright hotel with great breakfast. But it’s a bit old glory. The bathroom has some proper dirty spots, the food at the lobby restaurant (only thing open on weekdays) was rather expensive and not great and the spa costs quite a lot extra (which was not clear when booking).

Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi novio. Nos encanto a ambos , sobretodo el spa. Las chicas fueron muy amables. Al igual que el personal del lobby durante la cena y el desayuno. Muy atentos y simpaticos. Las terrazas son hermosas y la habitación muy cómoda. Solo nos quedó probar el restaurante

Achei o hotel bem mediano para quem se diz 5 estrelas. Há grande diferença entre o café da manhã do final de semana e o servido durante a semana, além de, claro, louças e talheres mal lavados. Também faltou um pouco de asseio de uma garçonete com relação a higiene pessoal.

Una estancia estupenda. Siempre que puedo me alojo en este hotel cuando visito Toledo. El servicio fue impecable en todos los aspectos. Desde el momento en que llegué, fui recibido con una calidez y amabilidad excepcionales. El trato del servicio de recepción fue amable y servicial, en particular Irene, quien me ofreció recomendaciones útiles durante mi estancia. También quiero destacar la profesionalidad y el buen servicio por parte de los camareros y camareras del salón. Las instalaciones del hotel son simplemente deslumbrantes. Mi habitación era espaciosa, elegante y cómoda, con todas las comodidades que podría desear. La limpieza y el mantenimiento de las áreas comunes y las habitaciones fueron impecables en todo momento. El restaurante del hotel también merece una mención especial, que tiene una gran variedad de platos excepcionales y de gran calidad. Sin duda mi sitio favorito de Toledo.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out, the rooms were very nice, the restaurant was delicious and reasonable, and the staff were very kind and gracious.

Spa is not included in price of hotel stay.

Room was very hot, air con not working but it was March and can’t open the window as noises Road. No pool as it was closed and you had to pay to use the Spa, extra €30 each which was not advertised. Nice hotel but out of the town and was either a taxi or drive in. Would have expected the Spa to be inclusive.
