  • 2200 square feet, directly on the river, offers 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds, 1 with 2 queen beds and 2 futons in additional areas of the house. 2 bathrooms featuring 1 bathtub and 2 showers, this property also includes 3 additional living spaces. Seasonal dock, private deck with lots of seating and a 180-degree view. Large common area's and a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, including and outdoor grill. Parking for 6 -10 vehicles located at 30521 East River Rd. Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. Enjoyable place for guests to relax, unwind, make lasting memories and a great place to call home while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay.

    ***Please note that getting from the house to the river is not easy. There is a stone pathway that in some area's has a 45-degree angle. This steep path is not to be underestimate and may be dangerous for some. There is no other way to the river.
