We are sorry to know that we didn't strive for the level of service that we usually provide. The person who presented the position you mentioned does not represent what we offer as a hotel experience.I will try to clarify what I can for you:- The hotel hires a band for live music every Saturday, and you can request songs but the request can be denied by the band or the hotel depending on maintaining the vibe we are looking for or that the band knows the song. - When someone is smoking and it bothers someone and they say something, we do make sitting arrangements so it is not a problem for our customers. - Our staff is 100% Nicaraguan, and we condone any type of discrimination.- Human mistakes were made but do not represent the intentionality of misbehavior.Mistakes were made and we appreciate you letting us know. Best
