Having the hotel right at the airport was very convenient. The rooms are clean and a good size. This was our 4th stay. Would recommend :)

Stayed here for one night before an early flight from Haneda airport. Could not fault it. The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Would be awesome if there was a Villa Fontaine Premiere Hotel in the city of Tokyo!

The room was very comfortable and quiet with good facilities. The ‘Premier’ tower check in and lobby seemed to be much more relaxed and quiet when compared to the rather busy and chaotic ‘Grand’ tower. Hotel was an easy 10 minute stroll to the airport check in counter, and the rail links to central Tokyo.

since the last year, this was our 2nd time (4 single stays) to use this establishment on both in and outbound at hnd. the proximity to the terminal 3, pretty much contiguous to the train station and the customs after/before a long-haul flight, makes this hotel an easy option for us. the top floor onsen is another reason for us to book this newly opened hotel. and the staff there is very nice.

room was fairly cosy for a family of 4 (including 2 young kids). staff gave kids amenities as well for a night stay. linked to terminal 3 of the haneda airport

Perfect place to stay when you have an international flight the next day. Clean, comfortable rooms, a whole shopping mall attached with several good restaurant options. Employees were cheerful, polite, and very helpful. Great place.

Fantastic hotel. The only disadvantage is a trip of ~500 meters to Terminal 3. If you are flying from Terminal 2, you can take a taxi for ~1000 yens

Loved this hotel. Staff kindly accommodated my request for a room in a quiet location - so my stay was very comfortable and quiet. Loved the complementary drinks and snacks and the shops and restaurants downstairs were great. I will definitely stay again. Great to find such a good quality airport hotel.

The staff were amazing and the rooms were impeccable. We stayed overnight while transiting back home to Australia, but with the availability of public transport I would definitely stay here for my next trip to Tokyo.

Perfect place for flying in on a late flight and not having to go into the city. My partner was dreading having to change trains to get to our hotel for the first night. I surprised her with a quick 7 min walk thru the terminal to our hotel front desk. Very professional, quiet and courteous. The room we chose was spacious enough, clean and full of amenities. What we didn’t bring and needed, there was a Lawson that was open 24/7. Very convenient.

This is a lovely hotel, with great rooms and excellent amenities. I found the staff super helpful and the service exceptional. It is ideally located for flights from Haneda, being only a few minutes’ walk from the terminal, monorail and bus station. Highly recommended.

Haneda Garden village provides ample shopping and dining options, preferable to the airport itself (and perhaps to the hotel options though there are three and we only tried the SPA restaurant which was mediocre). SPA is interesting if that is what you are into. Metro goes anywhere you want if you have the time. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Easy access to terminal shopping (outside of security-but you won't be able to get to the duty free- high end).
