"Conveniently located right next to the Nagoya JR Station, we were easily able to find the hotel after getting off the Shinkansen (stops at Nagoya Station). Although it could be a long walk for certain people just to make it to the hotel lobby, if you're able to find the right elevator from the ground floor you will only need to take two elevators to get to your room. Hotel was very clean and spacious. They even had lots of freebies. 4 bottles of water each day, coffee/tea pods, and special toiletries (bath salts). Upon request, hotel staff were able to get us our item as soon as possible. Our view faced the train tracks so it was a lovely view."

"The two bed room was cozy and had a spacious luggage storage under the beds to keep walk ways clear of clutter. The bathroom made good use of every inch of space and is clean. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. There are washing and drying machines on the sauna floor. You need to bring 100 yen coins, and bring your own detergent. There is a currency exchange machine in the hotel lobby near the elevators. The nearest station is about ~7 min away walking. There are convenience stores within the same radius. There are some good places to eat all around, notably those located in the station. Breakfast offers some of Nagoya's famous dishes such as the eel rice and fried chicken. There are a good selection of breakfast foods which will satisfy many. Ghibli park was accessible by bus and paid on entry with suica card which gives you a small ticket that you hand back to the bus driver upon arrival to the park. The station will show up when navigating through google maps. Overall, I am very happy I was able to stay here and would definitely recommend it. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Have stayed here multiple times and plan to come back! Kind staff, clean room, excellent breakfast buffet with many Japanese and western options, starting at 6:00am. The beds are firm but comfortable. Thermostat can be easily changed to English. Nice lounge with different coffee options and cold water for filling water bottles. "

"Hotel surpassed all expectations. Outstanding hotel staff. They are exceptionally courteous & all spoke English when they saw that we didn’t understand Japanese. The breakfast buffet is worth it. We bought it at the time of reservation and saved some $ if you have 2 people or more. Also, the amenities are great. The gym had a full set up to include dumbbells, treadmills, rower, even a Smith machine and a lot of other machines. I’ve seen private membership gyms with less equipment. They also have a full locker room set up, pool, and tennis courts. The location is great. You’re right next to the Fushimi station which allows you to go anywhere on the subway and you can take the #16 bus back to the train station easily by walking one block from the hotel. As far as Nagoya- Everything is really affordable right now if you’re converting from either Korean Won or USD to JPY. But be prepared to get cash at the train station. There are few international atms in Nagoya, so get the cash while you can plus you’ll need it to buy a train ticket. The buses are cash only or IC card. The sushi is great-there’s a fish market past the Pachinko parlor- a 12 minute walk from the hotel & some of the best Tuna sushi and Sashimi we have ever had was served there. Highly recommend the Hilton for this trip. It’s right where you want to be and it’s exceptionally comfortable. Deluxe king included an iron, kettle, Nespresso, cups, empty fridge, glasses, hairdryer, safe, slippers, robes, laundry, kimonos."
