Communication before arrival was prompt and Taiko even dropped any plans to pick me up at the local station saving me money on further transport. "施設はとても綺麗で満足です。 敷布団もクッション性が良く、起きた時身体が痛く無く快適に就寝出来ました。 駐車場の入口部分の勾配がかなりあり、車高の低い車だと下部を擦ってしまう為、改善して頂けるとありがたいです。 ドライヤー有りとの表記でしたが、無かったのが残念でした。 その他は大満足です。 花巻に行く時はまた利用させて頂きたいです。"

"初めて利用しました 私と妻、中学生の息子、小学生の娘、メス1歳のポメラニアン1匹と宿泊しました 部屋もお風呂もキッチンもベッドもとても良かったです 部屋も広くてゆったりできます ペットの犬は初めての旅行で心配だったのですが安心して過ごせました 外についてるドッグランも綺麗にされていて、初めてのドッグランも楽しめました ただ季節柄、立地柄、虫が多く、到着時に部屋に大きめのアブがいたので持参の殺虫剤にて駆除しました。スズメバチなども近くを飛んでいたのでジェットタイプの殺虫剤なども部屋に備え付けてくださると嬉しいです それと蚊もかなりいて、だいぶ刺されたので虫除けを忘れずに準備する必要があると思います。 ふつーの湯船ですが溜めるお湯が温泉なのは地味にポイントが高いです 機会があればまた是非泊まりに伺いたいですね。"

"We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend with two families; children ranged from 10-14 in age. Communication with the host was great and they were kind and understanding when we arrived late due to traffic. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed many amenities about the house, as well as the surrounding area.
