Mansion - TODIHouse with character Panoramic views over the Tiber valley and TODI

The farmhouse, made in stones and bricks, peopled by farmers till 1964 and restored lately in the respect of original architectural fields, is provided with all modern comfort, but the sandstone fireplace, poor art furniture, oak wood beam ceiling and floor of handmade bricks, took us back in the time of typically peasant families with its warm and simple atmosphere. The arcade, added in the side that faces Todi, overlooks an outdoor swimming pool supplied with an ample solarium, from which, we can enjoy a splendid view over Todi even if we are dipped or lied on the water and over the sweet Umbrian hills as far as the eye can see.there are fitted out kitchens, dining room, an ample living room with a relaxation corner, satellite TV. The rooms, furnished with pieces and beds of wrought iron belonged to the hamlet, are provided with private toilet and heating system, TV and fridge-bar.

Wonderful Umbria

Charming Secluded Villa

Lovely gem with lovely views of the valley and of Todi, over the hedge. Four excellent sized rooms and two that double beds could fit in. Space for more beds in the upstairs common area is also available. We got through drafts in all the rooms, so we're cool overnight. The pool and garden were excellent. Would recommend this villa unreservedly.

Siamo un gruppo di 18 ragazzi in viaggio per i 100 giorni, abbiamo trascorso in questo casale un weekend e tutto puó definirsi perfetto. La struttura è meravigliosa, attrezzata e ristrutturata da poco; è immersa nella campagna vicino todi e gode di un paesaggio sulla valle davvero suggestivo. Sentiamo inoltre di dover elogiare la gentilezza dei proprietari che malgrado il nostro numero superasse le 14 persone ci hanno agevolato preparandoci posti aggiuntivi e non presentando alcun tipo di problema alle varie richieste.

Splendido casale

Siamo stati benissimo in questo casale immerso nella spendida campagna di Todi. La struttura è bella e attrezzata e ci ha consentito di stare in comfort seppur in 14. Le stanze sono finemente arredate e ognuna ha un proprio bagno. Abbiamo goduto anche della splendida piscina annessa, che illuminata ci ha permesso il bagno anche di sera. Insomma, è stata veramente una bella vacanza. CONSIGLIATO!

Il casale è bellissimo, perfettamente attrezzato, pulito e curato, in un contesto migliore di quanto si possa immaginare vedendo le foto. I proprietari sono molto seri, corretti ed estremamente gentili e disponibili. Splendida vacanza! Grazie!
