"This house is great for a family. There was plenty of space (8 adults) with things on site to do. Everyone loved fishing or just watching the water in the backyard. Having games in the garage was a hit. The beach although not far was a car ride for us, personally. We only have two things to note. The bunk bed mattresses are not adult friendly, not enough support. And we would have liked more fans in the house. Overall this house is worth a visit."

"Location is awesome - close to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and: the beach! Literally a 5 minute walk. Appreciated the water bottles, bag of ice and snacks in condo upon arrival. Super fast communication with the host. Main reason we booked this place was proximity to beach and beach gear/bikes. We didn’t have to bring anything for the beach. Would def rent again!"

"My family and I were coming to Florida for a Cheer competition and wanted to do some different sights other than Disney. We chose this location because of it's proximity to Kennedy Space Center and the beach. The pool is really what sold me ; ). It is an older house with a bunch of renovations. "We were so happy we chose this property for our annual family beach vacation! We have a large family/extended family and this place was perfect! Loved the pool and outside gathering area, especially the artificial turf...There were so many beach items, we didn't even use the beach items we packed. Golf cart was great for shuttling family to and from the beach! Thank you for sharing your property with us"
