We had a great stay. The hotel is located right on the beach with a great pool and very nice bartender. They also have a really nice restaurant attached to the hotel that has good food and was a fun place to hang out in the evenings. There are many other places to eat within walking distance. The ...

Budget Inn Cocoa
Good location friendly staff cheap rates outdated but not really a problem. The room was very dirty, every corner and walls was dirty. Under bed was trash and filthy, huge black mold spot on bottom of wall between bathroom and bed. Bed comforters torn stained and multiple cigarette burn holes.
