"Staff was good. We checked in late night. They didn't have our reservation. They accepted our email confirmation. They gave us a room that was in a building full of construction and dust. It did not match the pictures on the site. Internet did not work. Next day they shifted us to their main building which matched the room pictures in the website. Elevator was not working for one day. . Internet started working in the new room. Next day toilet sped flushing. They took care of it. Last day, AC...

"I stayed for 2 nights. As others have commented, there were a few small cockroaches in the room. Other than that, there were no other issues. The room was spacious for the price, and there was hot water in the bathroom. The hotel provided hand soap and shampoo. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so I didn't have breakfast at the hotel (they provided free bottled water every day). I think the location is great for sightseeing."

"The bathroom had a broken faucet and the toilet seat was damaged, no hot water. Room service was very slow. They had cookies for breakfast! On asking they did give us omelet!"
