"Room was lovely and clean, breakfast was a good selection and staff were great. Bed was a little hard for me but if you like a firm bed then great news. "

"Mr Lutz is a exceptional person. He woke up extra earlier to prepare the breakfast for me despite his personal duties. Extreme friendly and helpful person! The stay was a dream! I hope to come soon for my ski trip!!!! I wish Mr Lutz would offer a workshop what customer service and care means!"

I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this, but it is what it was! "
