Cara para o que oferece! Péssimo custo/benefício!

Pousada que tem um marketing muito grande envolvido, mas não corresponde a realidade. Reservei um quarto para um casal e duas crianças. Ao chegar, fomos colocados em um quarto que pertence a pousada, mas fica fora dela. Era, na verdade, um mini apto, amplo e com dois quartos, mas tinha que atravessar uma rua (escura e de barro) para entrar na pousada. Então pedi que nos colocassem num quarto dentro da pousada. O gerente insistiu que ficássemos no quarto entregue (fora da pousada) alegando que aquele era um bom quarto e que eles estavam em obra e poderíamos nos incomodar com o barulho. Depois que notou a nossa insatisfação ele nos deu 3 opções dentro da pousada. Porém, apenas uma opções era razoável quanto ao tamanho para 4 pessoas. Ele disse que aquele quarto era de uma categoria superior a que eu havia reservado e me cobrou um valor que achei muito alto para o que oferecia. A obra não nos causou perturbação sonora, mas atrapalhou porque tinha muita poeira e precisávamos atravessá-la para chegar a recepção. Além disso, o quarto era pouco confortável (camas ruins e um pouco sujo na primeira noite) e uma das piscinas estava interditada por causa da obra. A minha conclusão é de um custo muito elevado para o que entrega. Paguei mais caro do que pagaria em vários hotéis 5 estrelas, mas o que obtive foi uma pousada de baixo padrão em vários aspectos.
