"Everything was great with the exception of food and drink options. Drove 35 min away and had good dinner and drinks. Kind of my fault because I checked in on a Sunday. So the resturaunt and bar were closed at 4p on Sunday and all day Monday. Was a little dissapointed that I wasnt provided with info about breakfast at check in. I wouldve paid $10 and ordered, if I knew about it prior to 10am. Also. Booked a lake view room. It was partial view. Wouldve been nice to have full view being its off season. Nonetheless. Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Plan to stay again when its warm outside. "

"We booked through Hotels.com, accidently for the wrong date. We were unable to get refund, only reschedule for $50.00 charge. We've stayed at Goshen Best Western numerous times, but won't be treated this way. Next time we'll pursue other options. Sorry, our real gripe is with Hotels.com, but that's how it fell through. "

"It was a rocky start. We checked in pretty late and the hotel manager was having a hard time figuring out the payment issues Hotels.com was having with their hotel. Apparently, they couldnt process the payment so we were almost charged again for the room. She did recover and just gave us the keys and told us theyd figure it out later. The room was nice but the mattress was very uncomfortable. It also squeaked on any movement. We ask to have it replaced or a bed topper put on to no avail. Shower was great. Just hard to sleep."

"The staff was friendly and room was clean and bed comfortable. But facility is old and in need of renovation. Lots of little signs of damage. Small things like knobs missing from cabinets and cracked hinge on toilet seat. "

"Everything was exceptionally clean. Parking was convenient. TV was limited to a few over the air channels. In room coffeemaker did not work. Breakfast choices limited, but ok. Breakfast area was served by a single Keurig which was not working well and created wait time. Pancakes were cold by the time my coffee brewed. Staff were all very friendly. I hate to point these things out and only do so in hope that it will help them get it together because otherwise this is a really clean and well-maintained property."

"Clean room, staff was accommodating- they have transporter rates that are better than Expedia. Be out of there before check out time cos the cleaning staff will barge in on you. "
