「This two-bedroom basement apartment is nice and clean. The surroundings are quiet and welcoming. There are still a few things to pay attention to. The biggest problem is structural in nature and makes this apartment virtually uninhabitable outside the dry season. When it rains, the area in front of the main entrance floods, and water can seep all the way into the living room and soak the carpet.」

Communication was excellent—responses to our questions were very quick and much appreciated. The views were absolutely picturesque, with beautiful sightlines of the mountain.
