Princess of Tinos - Villa Aphrodite

In the traditional settlement of Triantaros on Tinos, the luxurious VILLA APHRODITE is built with respect for the local architecture, offering an authentic Cycladic experience. The villa offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, with the surrounding Cycladic islands and the neighboring village of Berdemiaros in the background.

The residence is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 people, combining traditional aesthetics with modern comforts.

The space
VILLA APHRODITE

The two-story residence has been built with high-quality materials, offering excellent thermal insulation against the summer heat, while it has underfloor heating for comfort on the colder days of the year.

The outdoor areas include a large veranda, an outdoor seating area with a table at the entrance, a balcony and a private garden. All these areas are covered with elegant wooden pergolas, offering shade and protection. The exterior surfaces are clad in natural stone slabs and framed by traditional stone walls.

The ground floor of VILLA APHRODITE features an open-plan layout with a luxurious fitted kitchen, a spacious living and dining area. It also includes a fireplace, built-in sofas, a guest bathroom and storage space.

On the first floor are the master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with private bathrooms.

The view of the Aegean Sea, the Cyclades and the picturesque village of Berdamiaros is breathtaking.

Villa Aphrodite is easily accessible by car, via the main road that connects the port of Tinos with the picturesque village of Triantaros.

Natural stone walkways, framed by traditional stone walls, lead to all the villas of the complex, the verandas, the garden, as well as the main road outside the complex – always offering a magnificent view of the sea.
