We loved the fact that they provided Netflix! So much more useful than the cable channels provided by most hotels. We loved the view from our bed!!! We had a view of the sunset and the beach and the sea. It was spectacular. We loved that the music wasn’t obnoxious. We didn’t want a party atmosphere. We loved the pool having saltwater instead of chlorine but it had alot of dead bees in it which sort of freaked me out. The staff worry about cleaning the fallen petals on the street outside the hotel (which doesn’t bother anyone) while not cleaning the pool. I don’t understand that logic. I loved the bed. It felt like firm latex. It was very comfortable. I didn’t feel my husband moving next to me which is amazing. The curtains are not blackout curtains though so the light from the pool and common area did disturb us. I put a shirt over my eyes so I could sleep.

Everything was great overall. The only thing I noticed was that there wasn’t much to do around the resort when it rained. It’s also quite far from town, so getting around can be a bit challenging. They do provide complimentary shuttle service to and from town, but the trips are limited. Other than that, we had a really good stay. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite throughout our visit.

Visited Mansion Buenavista as a party of 7 from Canada. Everything was actually excellent. Noud (owner) and and his staff make you feel like welcomed guests. Food was delicious and could be pre-ordered, rooms had everything you need, filtered drinking water was readily available, booking the El Nido tours was easy, and transportation to Nacpan Beach was smooth. My group actually took a picture with Noud before leaving. That's how good Mansion Buenavista was. I highly recommend this place.

One of the best getaways ! And this property and staff made it happen. Gorgeous views and such a perfect location that every minute of the day came with its own new look. People at the property and in general all Phillipino people are so warm and welcoming . Norvin , Dorito, Mee choo at reception were great but every one ( and there were lots of staff ) is were great. Only feedback is they should not charge for tea bags especially when stay is long and in room amenities don’t have enough bags to last the trip . Otherwise perfect !!
