"Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder...

"Die Vermieterin ist erst gar nicht erschienen. Aber Geld für die Wohnung wurde mir abgebucht. Wir standen um 17.00 Uhr in der Anlage und hatten, obwohl bezahlt und bestätigt, keine Unterkunft. Dies war mit erheblichem Ärger und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Kontakte mit der Hotline von fewo waren ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich. Nur gebrochen deutsch sprechende unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich immer noch. Ich werde da nie wieder...
