"Ich habe von einem auf den anderen Tag entschieden, mit meinen zwei kleinen Mädchen ein paar Tage an der Ostsee zu verbringen. Diese Unterkunft stand sofort für uns bereit. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war tadellos. Alles erledigte sich quasi von allein. Da ich während der Anreise einen Reifenplatzer hätte, verschob sich die Ankunftszeit um mehr als zwei Stunden. "Ingesamt ok. Der Schimmel im Schlafzimmer an der Decke über dem Bett ist weniger schön und sollte dringend behoben werden. Auch die Reinigungskräfte in der oberen Wohnung waren sehr unfreundlich und aggressiv als wir sie freundlich gebeten haben am Ostersonntag doch bitte etwas sanfter mit den Möbeln umzugehen. Es war laut und man hatte das Gefühl dort oben zieht jemand um!"

"Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."
