「Llevamos varios años hospedándonos en esta pensión siempre que pasamos por Arad y siempre hemos disfrutado del mismo servicio amable y que hacen todo lo que está en sus manos para que sus huéspedes se sientan de maravilla. Gracias por su amabilidad.」

「At one day in the morning the maid broke into my room at 6 am in the morning trying to clean or do something else. I am not too sure. I believe this is a No-Go. After I communicated this with the reception they told me they were hearing weird noises. While breaking into my room they destroyed the locking system of the door. I told the receptionist to order a Taxi for 10am, but he forgot to do so. I had to pay double the price for a transfer to the airport than the usual taxi price. (100 RON) 」
