The staff was exceptional with their service the area was ok lot of homeless around wherever you went which is expected in any major citythe restaurant next door for breakfast and brunch was awesome the hotel itself is an good location to be able to walk everywhere. My only real complaint was the bed was uncomfortable probably need new mattresses. Overall I'd stay again good price was only there for a day to go on cruise it was a good deal with extremely excellent and friendly staff.

I loved everything. The staff was EXCELLENT AND Since my room wasnt ready they offered me a suite for a nominal upgrade and it was BEAUTITUL!! LOVED MY STAY! I will definitely stay here again!
