While I did not use the pool during my stay, I did use the hot tub & it was a lovely escape after being in the cold river training all day. Also, you are provided with actual keys for your room. "This place was perfect for us. Visiting friends in Placerville, it was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t see the hosts, but the entry instructions were accurate and there was a book inside with additional info about the property and local activities. Am looking forward to returning because a)it was great, and b)to visit the chickens and horses next time!"
