"The lobby smells badly like animal urine. Very unappealing upon arrival. Thought it was just a fluke the last time we stayed here, but that gross smell was there again yesterday. Also weird we had to show an ID for anyone over the age of 18 staying in the room. We travel extensively and have never been asked this. Bed was also very squeaky. Every move made a loud sound. "

"We were in a deluxe recently remodeled room which was nice however the furniture was the old furniture that was fraying and the sofa was uncomfortable with so side tables to set a drink "

"The bottom bases of the bed were dirty. I really felt uncomfortable and disgusted. The walls were a bit dirty too. The sheets seemed to be clean, they smell clean. I just really felt uncomfortable. "

"We arrived and had to wait an hour and a half for our room, while others were being checked in before us. We understand delays happen, but there was no communication or updates during the wait, which was frustrating after traveling and being exhausted. The room itself was disappointing, the carpet was in poor condition and looked worn out. Breakfast was also underwhelming; by 8 a.m., they were already out of waffle mix, which made it challenging with a 13-year-old ready to eat. For $250 a night, the overall experience was very underwhelming, and unfortunately, it’s not a place we would return to. "

"The property was very clean, the staff was both friendly and helpful. For an historic building, the rooms were larger than expected. They have a parking lot across the street that can accommodate a pickup truck or larger vehicle. It's only a few blocks from Whiskey Row too. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. "

"Way overpriced for what it is. No shuttle to airport. If you need uber early in the morning “GOOD LUCK” nice staff but rooms are $50 motel for $300."

"Wouldn’t stay again and almost left. Walls super thin could hear conversations of neighbors even at midnight, found long black hair on pillow, cable was widest channel I have ever seen, all old stuff and breakfast was non existent, we walked in and there was like nothing and it was 8:30 on a Sat am. Just not impressed"
