We not watch out we had a mezzanine room the king bed was huge but the two twins on the lower level my 15 yo was a bit big for . Not hotels fault I think he is just now to big to share a room With us ;-) … wonderful hotel and would definitely stay there again 」

「Stayed with my mom for 8 nights. Wonderful small hotel in probably the best location in Val d’Isére. Great view from the room (south-facing) Dinner was absolutely amazing - great chef! Went out for dinner in town a few nights, but the best meals we had was in the hotel restaurant. Attentive staff and owner. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! 」

「Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room. 」

「バス停に近くてアットホームな感じのホテルです。 オーナーは日本人の女性とのことで、朝食時にお話しすることが出来ました。 部屋はこじんまりしていて、ベッドは大きくて広々していました。ただシャワーのみでしたので、寒い日はバスタブが恋しくなるかもしれません。 ロビーが広く、仕事はそこでしてきました。 少し不安定でしたが、Wifiも機能しました。」

「Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. We loved it, it’s a shame it closes for the summer season as it would be great to stay and enjoy the summer walks of the area. 「Great hotel for skiing holiday. Room had ample space for family of 4. Was worried about single bunk beds for my older teenagers but they were fit for purpose. Lots of storage for clothes and luggage. Wish there was more hooks for hanging up towels though. Overall very happy with our Christmas skiing holiday. Close to piste/gondola, town, restaurants... Very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!」

「Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」

Rauhallisen hotellin ihanana kontrastina pieni kauppakäytävä aivan aulan oven ulkopuolella, joten palvelut (suksivuokraamo, hissiliput, ravintoloita, apteekki, kauppa ym.) aivan vieressä. Ski in, ski out. Hotellissa hyvä suksihuone. Hiihtokeskus loistava. 」
