  • The apartment "Gallia" is located in the hamlet of Piovere (Tignale), in a central position with a beautiful view of the historic centre and the lake, just 7 km away. from Lake Garda. It is part of the rustic "La Corte", typical house of the restored place trying not to take away that taste of life lived, typical of the houses of the historical centre. This rustic, composed of three apartments, has been renovated taking care of all the details through a work of contemporary design that creates a warm but modern atmosphere. Each apartment has every comfort to make your holiday easy and relaxing. The rustic is the perfect spot for walking, cycling or jogging in the beautiful mountain landscape of Tignale. At approx. 20 m is the centre of Piovere where there is a small shop, a hairdresser, a wine shop and a bar and just 300 meters away is a restaurant and the "Al Poggio" swimming pool (free for our customers). At approx. 5 km the municipal swimming pool and the fun adventure park "Flying frogs". A few minutes by car or with the transfer (free for our customers) we reach the "Pra dela Fam", a beach with a small harbour for boats, a Kite and Surf school and a restaurant-bar.

    The apartment is a three-room apartment of about 80 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It has a living room with kitchenette and couch, a double bedroom and a mezzanine with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, furnished patio. Comforts include a kitchen (4 induction hob and extractor fan), microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee maker, toaster, kettle, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. For the car there is a free municipal car park about 200 meters away.



    Sport and health: outdoor pool in 300 mt away, tennis court 300 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Freundlichkeit aller beteiligten Personen. Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit einem kleinen Blick auf den Gardasee. Was braucht man mehr in den Ferien. Alles ist sehr ruhig und entspannt im Örtchen. Eine schöne Zeit.

Stay at the Apartament Gallia was very pleasant and calm

Stay at the Apartament Gallia was very pleasant and calm. The surroundings is beaufitul although there is lots of hills to walk through, if someone does not travel by car it can be very difficult to move around. There is a bus to the beach and to the cities near Piovere, there can't be dogs inside the bus though and it runs two times per day. I recommend visit with the car. The place itself is very clean and nice, all like in the photos, the owner is very kind and hospitable, we got a welcoming bottle of wine which was very lovely. The view from the apartment is also very nice. There is a little local shop and bar nearby, very good for quick breakfastaperitivo in the evening. The place was very clean an well equipped. The matresses and pillows were memory foam and sleep quality was great. There wasn't any storage in one of the bathrooms and there was no hand soap at all in the bathrooms.

The stay was pretty pleasant, I can hardly find anything that wasn't up to our expectations. The village is quite a drive from nearest cities and I wouldn't recommend the place for those who won't use the car. The village is quiet and peaceful with some activities to do as well (swimming pool, tennis, Restaurant, bar and small shop with basic groceries. The place is a large open space two-storey apartment with two bathrooms, which has its benefits and cons. There is little to no privacy in the upper bedroom, we used a blanket to cover the railings, which solved the problem. Overall the place is very clean, modern and crisp, we could do without some decorations with no function, but they are not an obstacle. Bathrooms are clean, kitchen is well equipped, we missed only an oven (there is microwave), but otherwise there is enough cutlery, pots and pans, plates and glasses. There were also some cleaning supplies available. Air-con is for extra fee, we didn't even need it, place was cool.
