「Parking lot was well lit and easy to access from a major roadway. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The quick shop offered an excellent variety of extras (drinks and snacks) so there was no late night grocery run. I loved having the hot water and coffee available 24/7. If all of the Tru Hiltons are as well run as the Savannah, I'll be looking for them as I travel」

「Nice hotel, shopping and dining near by. Staff was great.」

「The property was just far enough from the main areas of the city it was quiet at night to sleep yet perfectly close enough to walk wherever we wanted to go. Parking was perfect and easy to figure out. Id love to come back!」

「We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

「Very clean room..,:but the elephant up above us was unbelievably loud night and morning! Traffic noise was bad also. We were on the 2nd floor maybe it’s better up higher.」

「Love the 60 -70 style. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not like that I was not given a notice that parking cost 25 dollars a day.」

「I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was tasty and fulfilling. Great Job.」

「We stayed in the Calhoun room. It is very pretty but it smells musty & the room was very damp. We discovered mold on the ceiling. Which is concerning. It was also our anniversary & they did not do anything special. Most places we stay leaves a nice note, bottle of wine, or chocolates. Wishing us a happy anniversary to make their guests feel special. The shower seal was about to fall off & there is a huge glass door. Another concern. I shared this & never heard back,」

「The hotel was very nice overall. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very dated and dim but clean. The location was the best amenity. Our room was described as a two queen balcony river view, which saying it had a balcony was a stretch. The balcony was so tiny and had loose wood. It felt unsafe with even one person on it, and there was no room for more than one or even a chair. There are were inexplicably soft boards right inside the balcony door, which you had to pass to get to the bathroom....

「This hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and the sitting area was comfortable as well. The location was perfect for us, lots of restaurants around. Did not use the valet parking on site, parked in the public parking garage behind the hotel. It was $12 for overnight parking and was a short walk to the hotel.」

「No sign for ice ? On 5th floor ? No signs anywhere」
