Tiergartensiedlung Vacations from ￥430,637

Excellent location and clean and modern room (though the design featuring the face of a fictional woman might not appeal to everyone!) A few issues during my stay though... - The 'blackout curtains' in my room came with a 6 inch gap. Informed the hotel who told us nothing needed fixing - The hotel listing mentions rooms include air con but this was turned off during my stay - The listing also mentions that the rooms are sound proofed - but we could hear the ventilation shaft in the hotel courtyard from our first floor room - Wifi was intermittent, staff initially said this was down to our phones' security settings. They then admitted there was a technical issue but refused to take responsibility as it was provided by a third party - Unlike every other hotel we've stayed in, staff were unwilling to provide cutlery/crockery to use in our room

The hotel apartment provided was really nice and clean. Really impressed by the hotel and enjoyed our stay here. The shampoo and lotion also smelt very nice.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good location
