This accommodation consists of a 90 m² duplex apartment T3 with living room/equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with bathroom, wc and terraces. Panoramic view.
The both bedrooms with air conditioner are on the 1st level each, with a double suite and a suite with two single beds or one king size bed, with each private shower room and terrace.
The second level is a parquet floor with an equipped kitchen and a living space with SMART TV. Overlooking the panoramic terrace.

PIPA DUPLEX & SUITE is located in the heart of the village of Praia de Pipa, 30m from most shops (full center of the main avenue "Dolphin Bay").
Despite the proximity of the street, the location is very quiet.

This is the hyper center, closest to the main street and the beach.
