If you fancy a day by the pool then look no further, as Villa Lapa features a private heated* pool, with complimentary heating November - April. With plenty of sun loungers and alfresco dining, this sunny spot outdoors is ideal for relaxing in style. Patio doors lead from the terrace to the indoors, where you'll be greeted by an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This cosy space is neutral in decor, with white-washed walls, cream furnishings and bohemian-style rugs. A large flat-screen TV is ideal for a movie night in, whilst an indoor dining table provides a cool spot for a light lunch away from the midday sun. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm. The front door has a width of 87cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is flat. The pool itself has step access with five steps and a lip around the pool edge of approximately 7cm. This is a ground floor property. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 74cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 67cm wide. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 87cm whilst the door into the lounge is 87cm.
