Absolutely 5-star experience! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient, close to restaurants and transport. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds. Staff members were polite, warm and responsive to all my requests. Breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. I had a relaxing and wonderful stay, will definitely come back and highly recommend to everyone!

Very nice hotel - rooms, food and staff. Location is perfect for attending the Canton Fair. There were issues with the payment deposit and the hotel was difficulty to work with prior to check in. Once there, the staff resolved the issues and were very professional.

The hotel is easily located and very close to the subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. Environmental hygiene: The lobby and rooms are spacious and bright, and I really liked the decor style. The rooms were spotless, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, allowing me to sleep well.Hardware facilities: The mattress had just the right firmness, the shower water came on quickly, and the temperature was stable. The Tmall Genie in the room was really tech-savvy. I have to say that the front desk staff were extremely friendly and even thoughtfully upgraded my room and gave me some fruit as a gift. When I left, I forgot my clothes, but the housekeeping staff and front desk worked together efficiently to find them for me within minutes, which was really touching!
