Great location very close to the station. Breakfast could have been better and there was a lack of space for breakfast. Room was clean enough as a base to explore the city

Got there at 1pm room not ready. Still not ready at 3pm check-in time. Reception had "no idea" when it would be.
Forced to accept different room with bath/shower and on different floor.
Very disappointed. Bath/shower unusable, shower flooded the bathroom and no taps to run bath.
Would have preferred a better view on higher floor.
Room was comfortable and hotel very well positioned
Wifi very weak, signal dropped all the time.
Disappointing late check-in time esp when you're on a short break and rooms aren't even ready then.
Some staff were very helpful with the shower and wifi issues but they couldn't be resolved unfortunately
