"Lots of traffic where you park for street frontage businesses. Be prepared to park in an ally way with very limited access to a walk way to your room. Access denied one evening/night as someone locks a shared gate way. Another tenant was heard us downstairs and thankfully let us in. Thought space walking to get to your room with a cat that lives outside the door. Coffee shop under the room was fantastic!"

"The apartment itself is quite upscale. My only problem with this property is that it is right at the edge of a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and I did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood. "
