Located 0.8 miles from the center of Village of Three Oaks, guests can walk to Vickers Theatre (0.8mi), Featherbone Factory, Acorn Theatre, Froehlich’s, Journeyman Distillery, and more.
Restaurants worth visiting: Oaks eatery for breakfast, Froehlich’s restaurant, Froehlich’s Bakery, Historian Restaurant located in Sawyer, Michigan and more.
We are only a 35 minute drive to Norte Dame.

Close to snowmobile trails.

You’ll find a unique mix of shops, distilleries and wineries, restaurants and quaint bakeries, historic sites, museums, theaters, and plenty of outdoor activities in Three Oaks.

Tucked away on a quiet street, this charming vacation rental is ideal for small families who want a quiet getaway while still being within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and only eight miles from the New Buffalo Public Beach on Lake Michigan.

Inside this one-story ranch, you'll find a well-equipped island kitchen with counter seating, a large sectional sofa, and a flat-screen TV for streaming your favorite channels.

Right off the kitchen, there is a grill and 2 picnic benches for you to enjoy in the spacious backyard.

The grassy backyard backs up to a farm field is great for the kids, play Cornhole bag toss game, and is the perfect spot to close out each day as the stars come out.

This adorable ranch home was so comfortable! The accommodations are updated and cozy (great bedding and pillows)! We traveled for a college football game with family and this location was both charming and fun! A great little town with tasty local food options and a fun distillery....wish we had more time to take in some of the local activities! We appreciated being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of bigger city/crowded suburban traffic and crowds...truly relaxing and refreshing! The house had everything needed and the hosts were quick with every communication and flexible with entry and exit times based on our travel from the east coast! A great family room for gathering and visiting, kitchen amenities met every need with modern conveniences, a little game room for the kids, and the backyard space was both scenic and accommodating in a quaint, safe and well kept neighborhood! Such a great place for connecting with friends you haven't seen in a while, a small family reunion or get together! Very comfortably accommodated our 6 adults and two littles --- plus a visit from our favorite ND Coach! Lake Michigan is not far away, and while our visit was in October, I imagine this adorable home to be the perfect spot for warm weather adventures! Definitely on our list for future stays!

We had an unforgettable girlfriend weekend in this beautiful home in Three Oaks, MI. Our group of lifelong friends (43 years of friendship!) came together for a much-needed getaway, and this place was perfect for it. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to relax, laugh, and reconnect.The location is peaceful but still close enough to explore local spots and enjoy some great food and wine. Whether we were hanging out in the common spaces or sipping coffee in the morning light, it felt like a true retreat.The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome.Highly recommend for anyone looking to slow down and enjoy quality time with good company. We left feeling refreshed and grateful — and already talking about coming back!

The house was super clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Only 8-10 min to the beach.The beds are clean and cozy. The kids love the board games, cards, and playing pac man on the arcade game which is great for some downtime after getting back from the beach. It was over 100 and it was so nice to get back to a nice cool place. Owners are kind and very accommodating. The local restaurants are amazing (especially the Oaks Eatery for breakfast) and the town is super cute. We will be back!!! Thanks to the owners for an amazing getaway!

Michigan serenity!

A perfect, cute, and quiet place to stay close to Michigan shoreline beaches! Beautiful backyard with space to picnic and a private view. Host is wonderful with communication & accommodation. We appreciated the water station to refill our water bottles. Would absolutely stay again! All of the girls enjoyed this house.

Great Stay

Thank you so much, Kathleen, for making our stay memorable. You really go the extra mile. The detailed list of great beaches to local restaurants and things to do to were much appreciated. The home is specious for a girls weekend and in a neighborhood but nice backing up to a large field for a bit more privacy. Air conditioning in each room was really a plus for us as everyone loved having their temperatures set to their liking during a warm part of the year. Kitchen was nicely stocked; although, we ate out most days. Again, thanks for everything and we hope to come back and enjoy your slice of heaven again one day!

Excellent property - wish we could have stayed longer.

This home is beautiful and was exactly as advertised. It had everything we could have needed, from soft bed linens, to coffee in the kitchen. Even things we didn’t even know we needed, like makeup removal wipes and a mounted wall Pac-Man game. The owners reached regularly to check in on our stay and offer assistance, which made me feel so much more comfortable about asking for help if I needed it. Our whole family appreciated the beautiful and quiet neighborhood and the convenience of the nearby grocery market. It was an easy 35ish minute drive to the University of Notre Dame and we’d love to stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay at this home! It has a gorgeous view out back of the cornfields. My kids and I had a great time here and the home was well suited for small kids with games and toys. The kitchen had everything you could want. We will be coming back!

Best VRBO for family!

We stayed over a little no weekend, Friday thru Sunday. We were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday. We had a phenomenal time. Loved all the little extra details. Games galore! Cute town in walking distance! A beautiful home with all the little attention to detail.

Ideal Stay in Three Oaks

We loved our stay at this beautifully decorated Three Oaks home. The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we required and more. My family particularly enjoyed the Pac-Man arcade and fire pit! The location was ideal for everything we wanted to accomplish in “Pure Michigan “. I really appreciated the binder with info for the town and surrounding areas filled with places to eat and visit. The owners were kind, friendly, and responsive. We plan to stay again!

Great house for girls weekend

This house was perfect for a weekend get away. The house was updated, clean and well stocked. We had great communication with Kathleen and the check in process was seamless. You can’t go wrong with this property! Three Oaks is a cute town just 10 minutes away from New Buffalo.
