Set up like a boutique hotel, this sprawling home offers a seamless blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, making it the ideal sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Step inside the 8-foot iron doors and be greeted by the completely renovated church parish building and enjoy the warm embrace of 100-year-old hardwood floors, 12-foot ceilings, sconce lighting, and 5 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped and beckons culinary enthusiasts to create gourmet meals. It features a 16-foot island, double refrigerators, 3 dishwashers (one in the basement kitchen), a large pantry, and an oversized gas dual fuel range. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area and has 22- foot ceilings, a ventless gas log fireplace, and a bar area. This marvelous property offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like HVAC, WiFi, a fitness area, and a large, finished basement with a full kitchen, 2 double XL bunkbeds and two full bathrooms downstairs. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, face soap, and body soap.

Five bedrooms have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, plush bedding, robes, and closets. One of the king-sized bedrooms has a trundle bed with 2 twin beds and would be perfect to accommodate a family or friends wanting to stay in the same room. The bedroom in the basement has 2 full XL bunkbeds (4 beds total) that can accommodate 4 people or 8 if they don’t mind sleeping in the same bed.

This home has all the features to accommodate large wedding groups, multiple families traveling together, and family reunions that need space, privacy, and luxury. When you are ready for adventure, the nearby Warren Dunes and Cherry Beach beckon with their sandy shores and soothing waters. If you are a Notre Dame fan, our home is approximately 30 minutes from the stadium and the South Bend Regional Airport.

We have a strict policy against parties, pets, and no extra guests are allowed. You must be 28 and older to rent our home unless you have 5-star reviews.

Additionally, we own the home next door at 7 Linden, a 3-bedroom (1 king bed, two queens), 2-bath property featuring a hot tub and fire pit. If you require more space, please let us know. There are several other rental options available on Linden Street for your guests, wedding parties, friend get-togethers, and family reunions, ensuring everyone can stay close by!
