About this space
Completely new townhouse for the whole family located 19 kilometers from Niagara Falls and other attractions nearby such as Fallsview Entertainment District and Clifton Hill with its various restaurants, wide variety of entertainment and casino. The closest city is Welland where you can go to buy groceries and other necessities. The property itself is located in a quiet residential area to relax after a day of sightseeing and has everything you need to enjoy your stay even on a rainy day!
The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Full Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

Other things to note
According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.

Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.

- Pets are allowed in the Townhouse. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $25 per night per pet.

The property was indeed a newer, spacious and sun-filled home. The living room was large and it was in a residential neighbourhood. What we found shocking, however, was that it lacked cleanliness. There was a pink, dirty ring around the bathtub and the drain, the bedsheets in one of the rooms had what looked to be a menstrual blood stain. When we went to use the coffee pot there were previous coffee grounds left in the filter that was growing mold, and there was mold on some of the plants. Outside on the back porch here was a steel bowl left out that had water and something else in it, with black insects swimming around in the water. There was no toaster which we would consider an item that is usually provided. The lack of cleanliness detracted from what otherwise would have been a fairly nice home and made our stay less than desirable. The lack of cleanliness is an issue that can be fixed and we would encourage the owner to do so.

Property is not as shown or described

Floors were very dirty. Lots of smelly garbage and flies in the garage. Beds not as shown in the pictures. No hairdryers. Towels and sheets were old and shabby. Generally I’m not one to complain but this place was very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Lacking all around

Walls and carpet were flithy. Lack of basics (utensils, dishes, towels, dish clothes, toaster, etc). No TV, garage smelled bad. Lack or furniture. Kitchen table was falling apart. Windows and appliances were dirty. It was an uncomfortable stay.

Grandma’s Birthday Weekend

Check-in was easy. Host was available and prompt ,via message, when questions asked. We enjoyed the location. Dishes/utensils and towels were sparse, but adequate. A dish holder and drying towels recommended for future guests when washing up from a meal.

Great stay at a great location

Stayed for 1 night, and we were impressed at how spacious this house was :) Saad was very good at communicating, and checking in and out was a breeze. Will recommend and stay again if I am ever in the area again!
