This tree house is located within a beautiful wooded site, sculpted around majestic hills with breathtaking views of Northern Michigan's natural beauty. All of the amenities and comforts of home are provided including a washer and dryer, a private balcony with a priceless view, and a cozy fireplace. This studio style cabin offers two queen size beds, love seat, reclining chair, and dining table/chairs. Air mattress, pack & play, and high chair available upon request.

It was so awesome to stay in a treehouse. It was so much fun and a really nice place.

We really enjoyed the views and everything g was so beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was very comfortable overall. Really enjoyed our stay. We plan to return.

Girls Weekend Getaway

Great place to spend a relaxing weekend with friends. Beautifully decorated with fall themed decor too. It was a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Oasis in the woods

We loved staying in the treehouse. All of the modern amenities of home, everything we could need and in beautiful peaceful scenery. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Memorable family getaway!

This was an incredible stay! Fred, Patty, Jess, and Ashlee thought of every detail and comfort as they designed and outfitted the treehouses. It was sparkling clean and welcoming. We were here for a bike weekend and we’re 45min from TART trails of Traverse City, Sleeping Bear heritage trail, and Betsie Valley trail. Great stay, highly recommend!!!

Nice property in a private setting

A luxury room in a private forested setting. If you are looking to "get away", this is your place. Well appointed with everything you might need furnished. Very quiet and peaceful. Only downside is that it is several miles from civilization (as advertised).

The treehouse was absolutely spectacular. The owners thought of everything that we could have needed. Last night of our northern Michigan trip was here and it was the perfect ending.

Winter Wonderland In the Trees

We had a wonderful weekend in the trees! The house was warm and comfortable, the perfect perch to enjoy watching the snow flutter down. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday!

Beautiful, relaxing, and Peaceful

My husband and I came to celebrate our 21st Anniversary. It was such a relaxing stay, we enjoyed walking the property, watching the wildlife, and sitting on the back deck. The Knoll family add quite a few nice extras that were a nice suprise. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect getaway!

Awesome place! Beautiful house in a beautiful area! Owners are wonderful! They thought of everything you could need for a week (even chip clips🙂) very clean! beautifully decorated for the season. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely stay here again! Loved it!

BOOK THE TREEHOUSE!

This was the best rental property we’ve ever stayed in. The treehouse was exceptionally clean, and the owners thought of every detail- bottled water, s’mores kit, firewood, bathroom supplies, baggies, k cups, etc. The house was so incredibly cozy and the perfect setting for an adult weekend away. So quiet and peaceful and still pretty close to lots of area attractions. Great communication with owners and easy to find. We will definitely return again- maybe even with our kids- they would have loved it also.

Wow. Well appointed

What a little gem. Immaculately clean. Owners have thought of everything and they will completely spoil your kids with thoughtful goodies. Beds comfortable. Kitchen is stocked. A great spot to rent to just relax and cozy up in. River canoe/kayak spot is about 10 mins down the road from here that we enjoyed. 30 mins to Frankfurt for a beach day.

Peaceful getaway

We had a short weekend getaway here and it was top notch. The hosts have thought of every detail to make the stay amazing. We stayed with our daughter (8) who is in a wheelchair and was pleased with the accessibility of the cabin. Our 4 year old loved the great selections of DVDs and games and toys. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness of the forest. It was amazing to stand on the deck and see nothing but trees and hear NOTHING. Thank you for the wonderful experience,

Nice getaway!!

This is the first time we rented through VRBO and it was a great experience, especially with this property. The owner was really thoughtful, kind and considerate. She thought through the amenities provided and we had everything we needed. It made our trip more enjoyable when we didn't have to think about those things. And the kids enjoyed the goodie bags, and the movies/games that were provided.

Treehouse fun!

We loved our stay in the trees. The house was completely stocked with everything we could need and it was a cozy, sweet, relaxing getaway in the woods. It was quiet, and beautiful, and calm. I definitely recommend it. Suggestion: As for specific directions to the house as my phone directions did not get me there.

First class tree house

We stayed here 2 nights in Oct. The treehouse has everything you need and more! Everything is first class and so clean. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable and cozy. There were great outdoor areas too like a balcony with table, grill, chairs and a front porch with more chairs. They provided s’more ingredients, water in fridge and so many conveniences. Beds are comfy, nice pillows, furniture. It was close to drive to area attractions too. We will return!

Perfect location

We escaped for a weekend winter getaway. We have been so busy with careers and life in general that we wanted a place to get away and just enjoy each others company. This place, nestled in the woods and seriously picture perfect does just that. From check-in to check-out, this place exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. They have everything you could have forgotten readily available and more. We are looking forward to come back again to have an also prime location to venture out and experience what northern Michigan has to offer. Definitely prime location. Thank you!!

Perfection in the woods!!!

Stay here!!! I am beyond impressed with the treehouse and it’s location. It is beautiful and so well thought out. There isn’t an amenity you need that isn’t there. Everything about it is wonderful! The hosts, the location (so much to do) the treehouse itself. I can’t say enough about how perfect everything was. For some this will be a once in a lifetime, for me I plan to stay once every season and then repeat.

The pictures do not do this place full justice, it is absolutely beautiful! As soon as I pulled up I was in love! Super up to date, extremely comfortable, impeccably clean! Forgot something? That’s ok they probably have it available to you there. I only wish I had more time to stay longer! Simply perfection!

This was one of the nicest rental properties I have ever stayed at. Beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with every last thing you could possibly need, from toothpaste to reading glasses! And the property is simply gorgeous!
