「We had a comedy of errors. Air didn’t work . They upgraded us to another room and then lock didn’t work and they had to move us to another room . Staff was so accommodating and made all of the aggravation most definitely worth it . We were never upset and they were so pleasant and accommodating and polite and apologetic . 」

「It was my second time staying here and I really enjoy staying at this hotel when I’m visiting family. It’s clean, the price and just right and comfortable. Lisa’s Billiards & Sports Bar less than 2 mins away is a great place to night cap for drinks and hot snacks that’s close by. I only had 1 issue which was a toilet flooding and it was resolved by one of the Front Desk Representatives quickly by placing me in another room ASAP. Thank you for that ! 」

「This was by far the nicest hotel I have been to in quite a while, not only was it clean and well kept but the staff was amazing, you could tell they took pride in their job and took ownership of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, nice fitness room, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to in-climate weather but would love to come back and visit again. From check in to check out we couldn’t have been more impressed with the service. Well done Best Western Plus! 」

「This was an excellent value for the money and the area was safe and pleasant. We just needed a place to stay for the night on our way home. There was a refrigerator and microwave for our restaurant leftovers. We ate breakfast there and were on our way. There is construction going on for a restaurant attached. Some construction unsightly areas will hopefully soon be finished. There were tiny ants on the lobby wall that need to have ant traps, to be sure the rooms are never affected.」

「The staff are amazing and management does and excellent job making sure everything is done well. This is our second stay at this location, it is resonable and do not over charge for pet fees. Love the happy hour in the evenings, so nice after driving all day to sit and relax. Thanks again!」
