9/10 Wonderful! (1,006 reviews)
Good location. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are helpful. Just the wifi sometimes off and the shower water is a little bit small. All in all it’s a good hotel I will stay here again next time.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,011 reviews)
The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and welcoming, and the staff is generally very friendly and pleasant. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The hotel is quite noisy due to the frequent police sirens passing by, which can disturb the peace and comfort of the stay. The bed was also very hard and not particularly comfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep.
Unfortunately, my experience was also disappointing when the taxi arranged by the hotel to take me to the airport never arrived. When I informed the front desk, the staff member did not seem particularly concerned or make an effort to contact the taxi company or find an alternative solution. This was especially frustrating when trying to get to the airport.
Overall, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, but the noise and lack of assistance in this situation affected my experience.

It was in a lovely building. It was well located within walking distance to the Opera and many other tourist sites. It was close to a major transportation hub- Karlplatz! The breakfast was outstanding. We had a great stay
