"Stained washcloths, .ildew-staibs on sheets, sheets, and towels. Coffee, but no maker. Bathroom door hinges broken and loud. Lamps rusty. Wifi iffy.. AC struggled, very humid. Ice bucket moldy. Walkways littered. Basically, deferred maintenance problems."

"This place smells like a sweaty musty armpit, a men’s locker room, sweaty old socks, a but crack!! Tim the front desk dude is trying to do his job but the owner is rude, nasty, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never return and if you know what’s good for you you’ll avoid this place at all cost. Plus the area is next to a convenience store with a lot of people hanging out. Really sketchy. I was told that some of the rooms are being lived in by family members. GROSS!"

"The house was PERFECT! Only thing was having just one shower at times was hard. Were in town for my sons wedding so it was great bc stay was 5 days. Host was just awesome and responded quickly. Most everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend this property!"

"The rooms were clean the beds were comfy the staf was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Loved they had a pool and a hot tub that was open til 11. The locations was great walmart and resturants within 5 miles. Brealfastbwas good as well definitely will stay again "

"I arrived at the hotel and immediately noticed the room had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in both beds and cigarette ashes left in the bathroom sink, which made the room feel unsanitary and unacceptable for a paying guest. I returned to the front desk right away to request a refund due to the condition of the room, but my request was denied. Because of the lack of cleanliness, I did not feel comfortable staying there and ultimately left without using the room. Unfortunately, I am now out the money despite never staying overnight."

"1st night we asked for an extra wash cloth and towel because there qas only 2 of each in the room, was told they didnt have any. We lefted the next morning to go back into Tallahassee, the reason for our trip. We got back to hotel about 8, dirty towels weren't removed. Husband went to get fresh ones. The lady at the counter stated she couldnt get any clean ones, that they were locked in laundry room and she didnt have a key. I was ok with, stuff happens, Husband was NOT happy. 10 minutes later we get a knock on the door asking which vehicle was ours, i told her and front desk lady said that tshe was told the "Marijuana" smell that was outside was going from our vehicle. I politely told her no, that it was there when we got back and that my husband was a Paramedic and could lose his licenses for that! Exterior doors were slammed the rest of the night into the morning. I went to check out and asked for receipt, no printer paper. "
