Very nice hotel close to Lulu mall. Service & staff were excellent. But watch out for the sports bar 2 for 1 offer as it is not clear what is included or that you have to buy 2 drinks and get the third free!

The new building is world class 5 star - very clean, quiet, AC is top notch, bathroom is top notch. Could improve in the quality of food at the cafe ; especially , tha Sambar was not up to par. I had an outstanding 3 night stay

Lovely hotel, excellent staff. Clean, comfortable, modern. Great food, amazing buffets! Nice pool, good spa. There were 2 weddings when we were there which took over the pool area, the first blaring awful loud music! It seems this may be a common thing at this hotel.

We had an early flight and had booked breakfast with our stay. Staff were amazing and packed a breakfast for us to take with sandwiches, pastries, fruit and even coffee! Amazing service and greatly appreciated. Would recommend staying around. It was our second stay in a week

Great customer service, very good quality of the food, lots of choices of the food. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Customer service outstanding, staff was super friendly, helpful and speaking English. The hotel has clean and good swimming pool. There were two people with outstanding customer service: Prasobh - housekeeping and Mr V Mani, very caring and he provides outstanding customer service.
