"This is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast hotel with comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and tasty beer! Staff is helpful and friendly. We participated in a fun quiz night on Wednesday evening. Also had a great meal for a small family gathering in the restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Online check-in and keyless access meant no staff present until breakfast but room was well furnished and absolutely spotless.
Breakfast was perfect and cooked to order"

"Forget a bicycle made for two, Munnings is an Air b and B made for you. Situated in the historic village of Mendham with plenty of off road parking, the Lodge is a gem. Tracey and Paul were warm, welcoming and helpful hosts ( in spite of the fact they had not received my booking from VRBO!!) The area has plenty of historic towns and villages, ideal for sightseeing and walking. And by the way, the Lodge and is two minutes walk from a pub serving excellent food."

"Outside areas were beautiful, a lovely long sweeping drive up to an impressive building with plenty of parking. ,
The reception and bar areas were nicely decorated, tidy and modern and were inviting. The pool area was ok, some jets not working but nice and warm and fairly large. 1
Sadly, some of the restaurant area was run down , a bit perfunctory & bland along with the food. We had an overpriced tasteless dinner & breakfast was awful, with long queues for a cooked breakfast which was not worth the wait.
The bacon was anaemic and dry at the same time, the tea was tepid and the strawberries/ berry mix alongside the yogurt was still frozen ( clearly Tesco value)
The bedrooms were large, with working aircon ( which was a treat in 30degree heat) very comfortable king beds and clean bathrooms , the decor is outdated but lots of space for your luggage and clothes.
Staff not so helpful, 3 requests over 3 days for a late check out - no reply from reception/booking team. Denied all knowledge on arrival and then recieved a reply 2 days after checking out.
Overall- perfect for a quick overnight especially on hot days for the aircon as long as you aren’t eating there."
"The breakfast buffet was great! Staff were very helpful whenever I asked for anything. The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to the City Centre, and historic areas of Norwich. Also enjoyed a drink in the Maids Head Bar, which was a cute little place. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!"
"Guests checked in, 2 out of the 3 rooms already had guests in when they entered the rooms given.
On evening meal in restaurant told staff of allergy however a tomato was one of the allergies and this was in the plate!"
"Stayed one night .
Reception staff really helpful .
Staff in the dining area were good both in the evening dining and breakfast.
Good choice for breakfast .
Room was clean and the bathroom also.
Parking at the hotel very convenient as we used the park and ride to Norwich town centre which was located close to the hotel .
Overall very pleased with our stay ."
"Very pleasant location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus was that none of the electric chargers were working. But we would definitely return"
"A comfortable and very clean room. However, the room looked out on to the roof of Norwich FC and the noise of fans blasting away 24/7 was horrible. Found to difficult to sleep with the continual whirring sound.
Staff were quite helpful but a bit slow, lacked training. (Except for the cleaning brigade - they were really efficient.)
Breakfast was fine.
The bar had run out of both Spanish wines listed.
Stayed three nights but not sure that I'd go back."
