「Great location and spacious room」

「Loud noise in the room at night like a car alarm coming from the hotel air conditioning unit. Reception staff couldn’t move me to a different room as the hotel was full and just shrugged. Next morning a different receptionist told me check out time was earlier than the time my Expedia booking clearly stated. She was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Poor breakfast, dirty cups, no tea, smelly bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite spacious - those were the only positives.」
