Experience a unique stay in the heart of Thessaloniki's city center, at the fully renovated and luxurious accommodations of Zotos Luxury Studios & Apartments. Just a breath away from the impressive White Tower and the coastal Boulevard, you have immediate access to the Thessaloniki International Fair and its parking area. Our location offers the convenience of reaching all points of the city on foot, by public transport, or via the unique "Sintrivani" Metro station.

Decorated in soft earthy tones, the accommodations at Zotos Luxury Studios & Apartments create a calm and welcoming atmosphere, combining luxury with functionality, providing unparalleled comfort in the city's most central location.

The accommodations were completed in early 2025 and feature soundproof windows, luxurious curtains, a 55’’ LG QNED Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning with air purification filters, a pharmacy, fire extinguisher, and a smoke detection system. Additionally, for the safety of your valuable items, a safe is available in each accommodation.

We offer fully equipped workspaces with services for short-term office use, including access to computers, printers, and administrative support.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, electric oven, ceramic cooktop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and complete kitchenware.

Our particularly beautiful marble bathrooms feature a shower cabin, heated towel rail, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, professional hairdryer, and high-quality bath and face towels.

Our location is in the most central part of Thessaloniki's Historic Center, right next to the Thessaloniki International Fair, allowing guests to reach the city's most iconic sites within a few minutes' walk. These include the White Tower, St. Demetrius Church, the Rotunda, the Roman Agora, the Archaeological Museum, Aristotelous Square, the Port, and the Ladadika district.

At the same time, our location is a transportation hub, with access to bus stops, taxi stations, the iconic "Fountain" Metro station, car rental companies, and the port, providing easy access to destinations outside the historic center, including the Airport, the Railway Station, as well as nearby areas like Vergina, Dion, Ancient Pella, Amphipolis, Mount Olympus, Lake Kerkini, the Edessa Waterfalls, nearby Ski Resorts, and Halkidiki.

Guests can easily enjoy the city's famous gastronomic scene, as well as a vibrant nightlife, with many renowned restaurants and traditional areas such as the Ladadika district and Athonos Square nearby. Additionally, there are many charming wine bars and cafes around Aristotelous Square, the coastal Boulevard, and the small streets around them.

This is Thessaloniki city life. The apartment was clean and as explained. If you are new to this city, the alley way may frighten you a bit, but no need to worry. These is very safe and easily walkable. This property is close to everything
