Δυστυχώς απογοήτευση.

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καμία σχέση με τα δωμάτια των φωτογραφιών. Για ξενοδοχείο 3 αστεριών περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά γιατί στα ίδια χρήματα είχα βρει πολύ καλύτερα δωμάτια και το σημαντικότερο για μένα ήταν ότι το ξενοδοχείο δεν διαθέτει πάρκινγκ και εγώ το έκλεισα γιατί ήθελα οπωσδήποτε πάρκινγκ και τελικά το πάρκινγκ είχε επιπλέον χρέωση 12€ ενώ ο συνεργάτης σας που μιλήσαμε στο τηλέφωνο μου είπε ότι το ξενοδοχείο είχε δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Δυστυχώς στεναχωρήθηκα τόσο πολύ από αυτή την διαμονή μου που μάλλον δεν θα ξαναπροτιμήσω την σελίδα σας για κράτηση. Και από τα νεύρα μου δεν είχα την διάθεση ούτε φωτογραφίες του δωματίου να τραβήξω και να σας στείλω τα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία.

A nice modern hotel. Great location. Walk to everything But the street location makes it very loud if your room is on the street side Also parking impossible unless you pay 12 euros per day at a garage not far away. The hotels ad alluded to free parking but clearly not the case. The 12 euros is the rate for everyone and not just hotel guests

Property is located in a very good location. You have everything you might need next door literally. The bathroom was good as it was renovated but the room needs improvement for sure. Breakfast was excellent too. The staff takes 10 out of 10! Amazing people very helpful and professionals all of the them! The reception, F&B , cleaning ladies. I would go again just for the service they had.

Zimmer wie ein Hostel! Betten das allerletzte und quietschen! Dreckige Spannbettlaken! Noch nicht Mals ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden! Keine Kinderbetten!obwohl wir dies als besondere Anmerkung angegeben hatten! Auf Navhfrage war nur ein Nein zu hören! Man hätte Kontakt aufnehmen können und dies mitteilen! Dadurch war der Aufenzhalt richtig mies! Toilettenspülung hat ganze 10 Tage nicht richtig funktioniert! Kaltes Duschwasser! Auch nach mehrmaligem bemängeln hat sich nix geändert! Grauenhaft ist es da! Würde ich niemandem empfehlen! Von Sauberkeit will ich erst garnicht reden!

Zuerst hatten wir ein Zimmer das sehr nach Rauch gerochen hat und der verflog leider nicht. Am zweiten Tag hatten wir dann ein anders Zimmer, aber vor unserem Fenster haben Sie dann Bauarbeiten getätigt morgens um 9 Uhr. Dies war schrecklich laut. Zudem sind die Wände sehr dünn und man hört alles.

Ικανοποιητική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής!!

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι αρκετά καλή για όποιον επιθυμεί να αφήσει το αυτοκίνητο του και να περπατήσει με τα πόδια ακόμη και μέχρι την παραλία της Θεσσαλονίκης! Το παρκάρισμα δεν μας δυσκόλεψε (16 Αυγούστου). Όσον αφορά στο δωμάτιο (εξολοκλήρου ανακαινισμένο) ήταν μικρό αλλά πεντακάθαρο και μοσχοβολουσαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Το λουτρό έλαμπε. Ακόμη πιο ενδιαφέρον είχε η μινιμαλιστικη προσέγγιση της "ντουλαπας" καθόσον υπήρχαν απλές ράβδοι για να κρεμαστείς τα ρούχα! Θα προτείναμε ωστόσο να απομακρυνθούν τα παλιά έπιπλα που έχουν ξεμείνει εφόσον δεν θεωρούνται απαραίτητα για έναν τόσο μικρό χώρο και θυμίζουν παράλληλα και την παλαιότητα του καταλύματος. Δεν θα ήταν κακή ιδέα επίσης να βαφουν καλύτερα οι τοίχοι γιατί φαίνεται η προχειρότητα. Τέλος, αξίζει να αναφερθεί ότι η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής είναι ικανοποιητική (47,50/διανυκτέρευση χωρίς πρωινό +1,50 φόρος διανυκτέρευσης).

Basic hotel, value for money!

Very good service, friendly staff. Good location. Basic breakfast, value for money. The only negative was a bad sewage smell in the room. Some rooms in the front of the hotel are noisy because of the street.
