Room was lovely, clean and decorated nicely. It’s located on one of the main streets of Thessaloniki with easy access to the city centre and close to the Metro stations. Ioanna was a great host, super easy to communicate with.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel and GREAT STAFF. The room was clean and in a very good spot. They gave us our room in time and were very helpful with everything during the trip. I can totally recommend this place. On the outside it is a bit hidden,but the room was perfect. There was three of us and we enjoyed it.

My room was exactly as shown. Location was close to everything I needed and the cleanliness was perfect. Checkin was friendly and informative and communication durning my stay was great too. I would definitely stay again and recommend Black Onyx Suites!

I absolutely loved my stay. I had booked 2 accommodations for my trip and now I wish I had just stayed here the whole time. Very convenient location, close to grocery stores, bus stop right outside, and very clean. It felt like staying at a friend's place. If I ever come back to the city I'd definitely consider booking this place.

It was awful! Between half used shampoo bottles from the grocery store. A limit to hot water to the no bad covers! We were cold, and when we communicated on the first day, the hostess said bed covers would be delivered on our last day. The location is also dangerous, and packing is paid 10 mins walking.

I highly recommend this accommodation. It is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the bus stop (Kolomboy) served by the 01X line, which connects the airport, the train station, and the KTEL bus terminal. The host communicated with great care and attention, which made my stay very pleasant. The room is well equipped with a kitchen, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all necessary cutlery. For breakfast, I was served coffee, a croissant, and Greek yogurt, which was a lovely touch. There are also many great restaurants nearby, so you can fully enjoy Thessaloniki as a fantastic food city.

Unfortunately, the room was not as advertised. The photos showed open balconies with beautiful views of charming buildings, but in reality, both balconies had high cement walls, blocking the view completely. The pictures and description were quite misleading, and this was very disappointing.

Temiz ve yenilenmiş bir daire. Görsel olarak çok şık designlı. Fakat redimdeki gibi balkon ön cepheye bakmıyor. Arka binalara bakıyor. Oda 3 kişi için çok küçük. 1gece kaldık. Kızım 13 yaçında bunu dikkate almamışlar. Koktuk yatak kapalıydı. Onun açılmasını bekledik. Orada ben yattım ve çok rahatsızdı. Oysa rezervasyon yaparken kızımın yaşını belirttim. Bundan sonra onuda yetişkin işaretleyeceğim. Çünkü başka kaldığımız yerlerde de aynı sorun var. Çocuk dikkate alınmıyor. Belkide buna hotels.com dikkat etmeli. Birde resimler çok aldatıcı yada ben yanılıyorum.
