We have used VRBO many times in the past and have always found the properties to be honestly represented, until this time. The picture of the view was the only thing that was accurate. From the start, the unit was a total disappointment. It was not clean, not stocked with essentials like toilet paper, and had no wifi or television, even though it was advertised to have it. The owner was hard to get a hold of and everything we brought to her attention, she wanted to debate with us. We were promised wifi, 2 people in my group have their own businesses and needed to be connected. That took 3 days to resolve, apparently some kind of "account mix-up" that had happened to the previous renters also. Then there was no TV. We were told that there was no TV since IRMA which was 2 years ago? I had a cockroach crawling around the front of the dresser I used. The dishes and glasses were dirty and in disgraceful condition. The road to the complex was horrible, which wasn't the owner's fault but she could have warned us, we would have gotten an SUV. We spent more time in the car looking for the beaches, again not her fault. Unfortunately, this was not our first time in Anguilla. We have always found the people on the island to be friendly and happy. But, not the people here. The office was not helpful. It was advertised that there was a washer and dryer. There was a public one on site, but the dryer was broken and looked like it had been for some time. So all in all, not our usual VRBO experience.
