「This is a sweet inn located on the river in Bracebridge...the "on the Falls" is a little misleading in that you cannot see falls - but you can hear them! The room was adequate, nothing fancy but clean and provided a coffee maker for our morning. The continental breakfast was lovely, located in what was likely the parlour of the original house. 「Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning in 30+ degrees outside heat. Free WIFI and an excellent selection of television channels.」

「We had a two night girl’s stay here and we found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating with our requests from providing chairs poolside to ice for our room and providing taxi numbers. The rooms have been recently renovated, are very clean and the beds are comfortable! Especially loved swimming in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!」

「The property location is ideal for downtown Bracebridge, local restaurants, farmers market on Saturdays, retail shops. Rooms are dated and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling after a good torrential rain leaving the bathroom smelling musty.」

「The room was fine and clean. The staff was friendly everywhere I liked there lady at the store. Did not like the quality of the food, breakfast and dinner. Did not like the music at the pool and boathouse, also too loud at times. I understand what the expenses are to run a resort but thought it was quite expensive.」
